Our US readers may be used to the Revival Generation series, it is a collection of Worship CD’s each containing some of the best worship for young people. This is the first release in the UK and comes from the Survivor label. Something which is really good about the Revival Generation series is that the songs are all done by original artists, unlike many worship resources which use cover versions. Let Your Glory Fall is the latest of these release and includes some of the best worship songs from modern worship artists around the world, although mainly based in Britain.

The CD includes some of the most memorable worship songs of recent years, such as the classic “Did you feel the mountains tremble”, “We fall down”, “I could sing of your love forever and “Let your glory fall”. This CD includes the artistic talents of Matt Redman, Paul Oakley, Charlie Hall and the old style Delirious. The version of “Did you feel the Mountains tremble” is the exceptional live version from the album “Live and in the Can” it is characterised by its long instrumental solos and the sound of a huge crowd singing along with the chorus. The Matt Redman classic “I dream of tounges of fire” is also featured, I found that although I did not recognise the title, the chorus soon brought it back to my memory. You festival goers out there may recognise “Sing like the saved” from the Message 2000.

I Think that this album is a good resource for the modern worshipper and would come in esspecially usefull if you worship to CD’s as there are some really good tracks. The album combines some really memorable songs and I am sure will be a worthy addition to any CD rack.
